non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited use:
- Sell, trade, or otherwise transfer ownership of the assets.
- Modify, alter, or derive new works from the assets.
- Use the assets in any way that infringes on QLE's intellectual property rights.
License Agreement
Limited License: QLE grants players a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the
assets solely as permitted in these terms and conditions.
License Termination: QLE may terminate this license at any time, for any reason, without
notice.
Intellectual Property
QLE Rights: All intellectual property rights associated with the QLE game and its assets
belong to QLE and to their respective third-party vendors and partners.
No Claims: Players may not make any claims of ownership or intellectual property rights over
the assets.
Indemnification
Player Responsibility: Players agree to indemnify and hold QLE harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the assets or violation of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
Changes
Modifications: QLE may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be
posted on the QLE website.
Continued Use: Continued use of the QLE game after any modifications constitutes acceptance
of
the updated terms.
